Put the minced meat in a bowl. Wash the rice, drain it well and add it over the meat. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until it becomes glassy. After it has hardened, add it over the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, peel the zucchini, cut in half and scoop with a spoon. Fill the zucchini with the meat mixture. In a taller pan, place the pumpkins next to each other. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them on top of the pumpkin. Dissolve the tomato paste in a little water and pour it over the pumpkin. Add the tomato juice and top with water. Bake on low heat until nicely browned. Serve the zucchini with sour cream.
