Although I usually cook light chicken soups, these days I had a craving for a & # 8220serious & # 8221 soup, full and full of sour cream.

For my favorite soup, we need:

And add it to the pan, when it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it cook for 20-30 minutes.

Then add the red beets that I gave through the large grater, mix well and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Now would be the time to sour our soup, heat the sour borscht and pour it, stirring constantly, periodically tasting.

Finely chop the greenery.

And at the end, add it to the pan with the soup, turn off the heat, put a lid on top and let everything penetrate well for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot soup with a little sour cream or yogurt.

In the author's recipe I also recommend a little (ramirica) thyme. Try the sour with lemon salt, squeezed lemon.

The soup involves borscht and larch. That's how I learned from my mother. I made it as such and it turned out wonderful. With or without meat, with or without cream, it turns out delicious anyway!

Calorie-free version,
Still broken by me personally.

GOOD ingredients:
- capsicum + onion + chopped cabbage thrown in boiled water with salt, I boiled them like. 30 minutes, until the thick ribs of the cabbage began to soften.
Then I put:
- paprika, along with
- broccoli + cauliflower + carrots (frozen sachet).
After 10 minutes, I added pepper, it was perfect.

Only that:
He made me put other ingredients, mentioned by others (NOT-GOOD Ingredients):
- tomato paste (already it didn't seem to taste the same),
- parsley (worse), it wasn't sour anymore, so I understood to straighten it with
- bors.

Result:
Sour, with a taste of a little borscht instead of a taste of cabbage or vegetables, the only advantage was that it remained full, thanks to the vegetables.

I also wrote this recipe for me, not to follow others, so the original recipe is the best.

Necessary meatball soup:

  • 400 gr. minced meat, pork or beef or a mixture of both
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 suitable parsley root
  • 1 small parsnip root
  • 1 suitable celery
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 bell pepper,
  • broth or 3-4 tomatoes,
  • half a liter of cabbage or borscht juice.
