Preheat the oven to 180 °
Melt the two types of chocolate and butter together in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the brown sugar until they begin to increase in volume. Incorporate the mixture with the chocolate followed by the one with the flour. Pour the dough obtained in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
Place the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring until smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove the chocolate from the heat and whisk in both sugars until smooth.
In a resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, cocoa powder, chili powder, baking powder and salt and shake together to mix. Whisk the eggs, 1 at a time, into the barely warm chocolate mixture. Add the flour mixture and stir until smooth. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan and bake until set, about 25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, then cut the brownies into desired shapes with a cookie cutter or knife. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and the chocolate curls.
Prepare the brownies as directed on the package adding in 1 1/4 cups of the walnuts to the batter. Bake in a 13x9 pan using the directions on the brownie mix package. Be very careful not to overbake as the brownies will be thinner than the package directions call for so you may need to reduce the cooking time by a few minutes.
Let the brownies cool a little (do not let cool completely, just cool enough to handle). Cut the brownies into 4-inch by 4-inch squares.
Heat the fudge topping (in the microwave or on the stovetop as per the jar instructions).
Place one brownie square on a serving plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour fudge over the top, sprinkle with walnuts, and top with a maraschino cherry.

* Big Tip- PLEASE use plastic or rubber gloves when handling chilies! Once the juice is on your finger tips it sticks to your skin even after washing your hands several times, which leads to extreme burning when you rub your eyes. You think you won't rub your eyes but you will trust me, it happens.
I know! Black beans as a base for brownies does sound weird but they are so good in these zingy chili-kick brownies. Plus they’re high in protein, so it’s a double win.
First we rinse the beans very well then we put it in the mixer. add the rest of the ingredients, except for the chocolate pieces, and we mix very well. Then add the chocolate pieces to this mixture and we pour the obtained dough in a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 170°C. We take the cake out of the oven and we can serve it with calorie-free syrup. Good appetite! [4]
We used to start each day with an espresso, sipped in a hurry, in the early hours of the morning, or to mark a break in the program enjoying a long coffee. The same drink is, if necessary, a pretext to see old friends or to establish new connections, during an outing in the city. Whether we enjoy it prepared at a modern espresso machine with multiple functions, at the coffee maker or the kettle, coffee makes our day more pleasant and gives us more than energy. a study of Oxford Academy scholars cite coffee as a 64% more abundant source of antioxidants than fruit.
However, the bitter taste of coffee recommends it not only for drinking, but also as an ingredient that can be easily combined with other strong flavors. The tonic drink can be an excellent starting point for alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, but also the surprising secret for many types of desserts and main courses. The natural acidity of coffee and the oils whose fragrance is released immediately after roasting have a potentiating effect on the flavors of your favorite dishes. With such properties, it is not surprising that you can include coffee in the list of spices.
Over the past few months I & # 8217ve become absolutely smitten with the combination of chocolate and spice. Chile! Chipotle! Cayenne! I don & # 8217t discriminate I love them all.
This fiery infatuation was first sparked when my little brother came up for a visit and made us a batch of Mexican Chili Hot Chocolate (recipe coming soon!). Then this feisty ice cream entered my life & # 8211 I should warn you, it & # 8217s totally addicting! I & # 8217ve bought over 5 pints in the last few months & # 8230 then I went broke (they & # 8217re like 8 bucks a pint & # 8211 eek!). Followed closely by these cookies & # 8230 and now, spicy brownies. Clearly, I & # 8217m a girl obsessed. I just can't get enough.
But I digress. Let & # 8217s focus on what & # 8217s important here let & # 8217s focus on the spicy brownies.
