Preheat the oven to 180 °

Melt the two types of chocolate and butter together in the microwave or in a bain-marie.

In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the brown sugar until they begin to increase in volume. Let the brownies cool a little (do not let cool completely, just cool enough to handle). Cut the brownies into 4-inch by 4-inch squares.

Heat the fudge topping (in the microwave or on the stovetop as per the jar instructions).

Place one brownie square on a serving plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour fudge over the top, sprinkle with walnuts, and top with a maraschino cherry.

* Big Tip- PLEASE use plastic or rubber gloves when handling chilies!   1. 2 tsp coconut oil (solid)
  2. 1 can of black beans
  3. 8 dates, pitted and chopped
  4. 8 tbsp water
  5. 2 tbsp flax seeds
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract (or fresh vanilla seeds)
  7. 2 tbsp agave nectar
  8. Zest of one orange
  9. Juice of half an orange
  10. ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  11. 2 tsp baking powder
  12. 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  13. 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
  14. Himalayan pink salt to taste
  1. Heat the oven to 180 ° C / 350 ° F / Gas Mark 4.
