Easter with cherries and cranberries


The flour is mixed with baking powder and half the amount of sugar.

The other half of the sugar is mixed with eggs, vanilla essence, orange peel, then add cottage cheese and cranberries.

Add melted butter, milk and cheese composition over the flour, mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.

A silicone form is greased with butter, the composition is poured, and the cherries are cleaned of seeds and halves are placed on top.

Bake on medium heat for 45-60 minutes.

Bread

For the dough:
1kg flour, 1/2 l milk, 150 g sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 250 g butter (300 g oil), 50 g raisins, 3 egg yolks, a cube of fresh yeast, vanilla sugar.

For the filling :
1/2 kg of cottage cheese, 1 small glass of sour cream, 100 g semolina, raisins, 3 egg yolks (do not add sugar as it softens the composition).

Method of preparation
First make the yeast from the yeast cube + a tablespoon of sugar + 2 tablespoons of flour + a cup of warm milk. Mix everything well and leave to rise for about 20 minutes.
The milk is put on the fire and salt, sugar, flavors, raisins are incorporated in it. Leave it on the fire until it boils. Set aside and add the flour, mixing the dough until everything becomes homogeneous, then add the mayonnaise and the 3 yolks, stirring well. Incorporate the melted butter and continue kneading. Leave to rise for an hour.
After it has risen, the dough is divided in two and from each half a roll is made, filled with half of the composition for the filling (all the ingredients will be mixed beforehand). The two rolls are woven and placed in a greased pan lined with flour, 4-5 kg. Leave it to rise for another 20 minutes, then put it in the hot oven for about 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a syrup of 300 g sugar +100 g water, which is put on the fire until the sugar dissolves. Half of this syrup is poured over Easter after I put out the fire in the oven, and the other half will be poured in 10 minutes. While it is still warm, Easter will be taken out on the plate on which it will be served. Good luck!

12 eggs
500 g cheese
530 g sour cream
400 ml of milk

For the countertop: 2 eggs, 150 g sugar, 150 ml milk, 100 g margarine, 30 g cocoa, half an envelope of baking powder quenched with lemon juice, 250 g flour.
From these ingredients is made a composition of the consistency of the cake that is poured into the tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until slightly hardened), during which time we prepare the next layer.

Cheese cream: 500 g sweet cheese mix with 2 egg yolks, 30 g sour cream, 100 g margarine, 100 g raisins, 250 g powdered sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, and grated peel of a lemon.
The 2 egg whites fight well with a Salt powder and is finally incorporated into the cheese composition.

The chocolate layer: 250 ml of milk boil with 250 g sugar and 30 g cocoa for 5 minutes. Allow this syrup to cool then add ground walnut cup (approx. 250 g), 4 eggs beaten well, 20 g flour, 100 g margarine, chocolate cut into small pieces, rum essence, a pinch of salt.

Over the cocoa top taken out of the oven add a layer of cheese and then the layer of chocolate.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Cream layer: 500 g sour cream mix with 4 beaten eggs, 30 g flour, 3 sachets of vanilla sugar, 150 g powdered sugar and 50 g candied apricots.
Pour this composition over the other 3 layers and bake for another 30 minutes.

Method of preparation:

To prepare the dough we must put butter, chocolate and milk in a bowl and then put it on low heat and mix until the ingredients melt and obtain a homogeneous composition. Let it cool.

Rub the yolks with sugar and salt, then add the essence, and pour everything over the cold chocolate composition. Mix the baking soda and baking powder with a little flour, then add it to the previously prepared composition.

The remaining flour is added gradually, until the dough becomes sticky and firm. While the dough is resting, cover it with foil and start filling.

To prepare the filling we must moisturize the cranberries and raisins and therefore we will put them in hot water. Then mix the butter, sour cream, cheese, vanilla sugar and vanilla essence. Sprinkle salt over the egg whites and mix, then add the sugar and continue to mix until a meringue is formed.

In the cheese composition we must add the meringue, starch and hydrated fruits, after we have drained them well.

Wallpaper the bowl (24-26 cm in diameter) in which we will bake Easter with a baking paper and put a smaller part of the dough in the form of baking. For the cross that we will make at the end, we will break a piece of dough, from the remaining one, and wrap it in foil, then we put it in the fridge.

We will put the rest of the dough on the edges of the baking tin, covering practically the whole bowl, both on the bottom and on the sides. Inside we will add the cheese composition, and we will fold the edges of the dough over it (if necessary). On top, grease the composition with egg yolk, then put the Easter egg in the preheated oven at 180 C.

After 30 minutes, take the Easter cake out of the oven and form the cross. Grate the dough from the freezer and put it again in the oven in the oven & # 8211 you can form a cross from the piece of dough, without putting it on the grater. After about 10 minutes, it should be ready. Leave to cool, then place on a plate.


How to make Easter with sour cream

from cake dough will spread a thick sheet of about 1/2 cm and size pan which will be used (a round tart tray) for baking.

Tray will grease well with butter / margarine, after which he will sit down dough sheet (placed on a rolling pin, then spread in the tray), then let it grow a little longer, about 10 minutes in a warm place.

Ingredient: Hibiscus flowers, rosehips, cherry seeds, apple, chokeberry, aromas, coriander flowers, 2% cherries, 2% cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, vitamin C-10 mg / sachet.

1 cup yogurt

1 sachet of baking powder

Mix eggs well with sugar. Gradually add the oil and lemon essence (I recommend this one)
Then add a tablespoon of flour mixed with baking powder, until all incorporated. Towards the end, add the yogurt, possibly alternating a spoonful of yogurt with one of flour.

When the dough is ready, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour over the cherries and mix them so that the flour covers them. If necessary, add a little more flour, but do not exceed two tablespoons.

Add the cherries to the dough and mix lightly with a spatula.
Put the dough in the pan and bake in the hot oven, until the cake passes the toothpick test (a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean).
