For pancakes, first mix the solid ingredients: white flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, vanilla and grated lemon peel. Add the eggs, incorporate and then add the milk, little by little, until the sugar dissolves and a creamy composition is obtained.

Grease the pan with oil, and when it is hot, pour a polish of the composition and prepare the pancakes, one by one, until the "raw material" is finished.

Place 4 pancakes, lined up, side by side, on a plate. Grease the pancakes with a layer of cream and put another 3 pancakes on top. Grease these pancakes with a layer of cream, then put two more pancakes on top, which are also greased with cream, and at the top of the "pyramid" put the last pancake.

The cake is "wrapped" with the remaining cream, after which it is decorated with grated chocolate and cherries.

Refrigerate the cake for a few hours, then remove the ends and slice. If it is not shared immediately, store it in the refrigerator until it runs out.


For pancakes, carefully incorporate the ingredients so that no lumps form.


Do not pour the composition of pancakes in the pan until it is hot.


Grease the pancakes with Fineti, only after they have cooled.


For the cream, the cream must be cold.


Mix the cream with the sugar and vanilla until the cream has the necessary consistency, but be careful not to turn it into sweet butter.

You can make the cake taller by using 15 pancakes (5,4,3,2,1).


Put the cream between the layers of pancakes, enough to fill the empty spaces.


It would be good for the cherries that are placed on top, as decoration, each to correspond to a slice of cake.


Cut the cake with a sharp knife, but only after it has been cold for at least 5-6 hours to soften.


Store the cake in the refrigerator until exhausted.
