This year I had a rich harvest of yellow beans, so I present a yellow bean salad with garlic from frozen pods which is ready in maximum 20 minutes.

  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil

Method of preparing yellow bean salad with garlic:

It goes perfectly with your favorite steak and is even tastier cold, if you leave it in the fridge for a few hours to blend all the flavors.
