Unexpected flavor combinations abound in this whiskey, maple, blueberry and wine cocktail.

  • 2 oz George Dickel Old No. 8 Tennessee whiskey
  • 1 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Maple syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tsp Blueberry jam
  • 1 oz Ravenswood Sonoma County Old Vine zinfandel
  1. Add all the ingredients except the wine to a shaker.

  2. Shake vigorously (without ice) for 10 seconds.

  3. Fill with ice and shake for an additional 15 seconds.

  4. Fine strain into a chilled 8-ounce Mason jar or a Bordeaux wine glass.

  5. Float the wine on top using a spoon.
