The peppery notes of this Gimlet offset all the spirit’s floral and fruit notes.

  • 2 oz Square One Botanical vodka
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Agave nectar
  • 1/4 oz Pink peppercorns
  • Garnish: Lime wheel
  • Garnish: Peppercorns
  1. In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the pink peppercorns until crushed.

  2. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a few peppercorns.
