New Orleans watering hole SoBou serves this subtle twist on the classic Brandy Milk Punch.

1 1/2 oz Spiced rum
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1 dash Pure vanilla extract
3 oz Milk
Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Garnish: Grated cinnamon

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon.
