One of the dishes of my childhood during the summer.

  • 1 medium-sized zucchini
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


- Cut the zucchini in half and then slice it lengthwise. It does not peel. Season with salt, white pepper and garlic powder. Cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

- Before preparing it, drain the leftover juice and remove the slices on an absorbent napkin.

- In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the zucchini slices given in flour and beaten egg. Remove them on a plate with an absorbent napkin to absorb the oil and serve with a sauce made of sour cream, crushed garlic and a little sour cream.
