Today I had a craving for cauliflower soup, so I set to work my favorite blender. The preparation part lasted 5 minutes! Basically all you have to do is boil the cauliflower, add a few ingredients and blenduiesti very good. It's that simple!

This cauliflower soup is made with just 3 ingredients & cauliflower, inactive yeast flakes and enough garlic & ndash to create a delicious and flavorful vegan (fasting) soup. Garlic goes great with cauliflower. I only added a clove of garlic, for a subtle aroma, but if you prefer a stronger taste, use 2 puppies. Also, inactive yeast flakes give it a wonderful cheese / parmesan taste.

You can add any of your favorite toppings. I would have loved to have some croutons on top, but I didn't have any bread in the house at all, so I chose the healthier version - seeds, extra virgin olive oil and spices. It was perfect! & # 128578

Tip: You can also turn this cauliflower soup recipe into a creamy pasta sauce! Boil the ingredients, add the inactive yeast flakes and process them into blender. Gradually add about 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour and water until it reaches a yogurt-like consistency. Then put it back on the fire until it thickens. It's super good!

Sweet cauliflower soup

How many times have you promised to give up sandwiches at lunch and eat hot soup? This time you will be able to keep your promise if you try the cream of cauliflower, broccoli and mustard. Add a few croutons and you won't need type two.

Melt the butter in a deep frying pan and cook the finely chopped onion until it becomes transparent. Add the finely chopped garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with mustard powder and mix. Put the pan aside.

Meanwhile, clean the cauliflower and broccoli and cut them into small bunches. Boil them in boiling water until slightly softened. Drain them well and add them over the mixture of onion, garlic and mustard. Put them back on medium heat.

Pour the vegetable juice and diced potatoes. Let them boil for 15 minutes until the potato is cooked.

Put the soup in a blender and mix well until creamy. Pour the soup back into the pan and add the mustard and cooking cream. Let it simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Match the taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the soup with golden croutons and grated cheddar cheese.
